The Project is situated at the Business Avenue of Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. Designed on a peninsula and having lagoon water front, The Apartment Complex houses approximately 1400 Apartments, and has a total of G+40 Storeys. The Design evolves from the concept of visualizing the Mountains of Margalla Hills as an abode, and is formalized by the composition of 04 terraced buildings – each having a different number of storeys. The design allows open-to-sky viewing in multiple directions as the Lagoon wraps around the site from 3 sides and introduces an interactive communal living across the terraced floors, creating neighborhoods in the air.
